This network means we have professional technicians service across the country ready to address your concerns right away. In addition, iRest offers the industry’s widest range of free services (labor) during the warranty period. (within 100km based on CBD)

  • Warranty begins on the date of original purchase/shipment.
  • Warranty service only applies to genuine iRest products purchased from retailers, websites, and other authorized retailers. (Keep your original receipt, tax invoice, and warranty card as your best proof of purchase and as proof of the date of purchase. This warranty is valid at the time of original purchase and is non-transferable.)
  • If the massage chair malfunctions or needs to repair, please contact our iRest customer center for fast and accurate service.

Warranty Coverage

  • Defects under normal use and care within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (depends on product type, where applicable).
  • This warranty only applies to genuine iRest products purchased from retailers, websites and other authorized retailers.
  • This warranty applies only to domestic or household use, not for commercial and public use or any other purpose.
  • This warranty only covers electric, mechanical and electrical parts.
  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or material cover resulting from regular use or accidental damage by the customer.
  • This warranty does not cover any damages caused by natural disasters, including general disasters.
  • This warranty does not cover any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, lack of proper care, unauthorized alteration, loss of parts or attempted repair by persons other than those authorized by Supplier. In the case of the above, this warranty will be void immediately.
  • This warranty does not apply to products that are not installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with the provider's operating instructions provided with the product.
  • This warranty does not compensate for damage caused by improper power input or improper cable use.

Transport and Installation Regulations

  • This warranty does not cover shipping and postage charges for returning the product to the service center (Unless it is stated). Customer will be responsible for any freight or postage charges incurred to return the Product to Customer's address.
  • Quotes are available upon request and are charged based on distance.
  • The service fee may be applicable for any immediate call outs or requests unless it is stated, For customer who resides within Sydney metropolitan, call out service fee, for warranty services on a massage chair can be waived unless it has been stated.
  • The first assemble service is included free of charge with purchase, and a service fee may be charged for subsequent assemble service requests.
  • All assemble processes should only be performed by mechanics that appointed by iRest.

TRADE IN Service

  • If you don’t love your item anymore, you can upgrade to another one with credit of up to 30% the value of your current item. Simply contact us to do a Trade-In.

Other regulations

  • We do not offer refunds if you simply "change your mind" or have used the product.
  • Upon return, the product, belongings and packaging must be in their original condition, including instructions and accessories.
  • During the warranty period, we provide service charge and repair cost free of charge, but during the warranty period, only the service charge is provided free of charge and repair cost is charged. This warranty is valid at the time of initial purchase and is non-transferable. Retain the original receipt, tax invoice, and this warranty card as your best proof of purchase and as proof of the date of purchase.
  • iRest reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy without further notice.
  • After the warranty expiration date, all service requests will be charged in accordance with iRest internal regulations.
